Around the world with Mary Katrantzou

After interiors designs, flowers and everyday objects of her past collections there was a lot of curiosity and excitement to see what Mary Katrantzou would come up next for hr SS13 collection. I'm a big fan of her prints and style and this collection doesn't disappoint and it mark another small but definite step in  her esthetic and stylistic development. 

The inspiration come form Oriental and esotic postage stamps and (Greek) bank notes mixed up with her signature abstract patterns and graphic colours.  

Another solid and cohesive collection that I really like as it tells a loose story about travelling and holidays that each one of us can refer to.
