Primo articolo su questo blog di 'beauty' e grooming. Parto quindi da cio' che conosco ovvero dalla mia personale skincare routine, al momento. Da un paio di mesi ho 'scoperto' i prodotti Boots Botanics. Boots e' una catena di farmacie e profumerie su tutto il territorio degli Uk e oltre a vendere brand conosciuti ed internazionali ha anche delle proprie linee di prodotti di cui Boots Botanics fa parte.
Di questa linea uso sia la Crema Anti Ageing che il Siero Anti Ageing e ad attirarmi, oltre al prezzo e stata la collaborazione con i Kew Royal Botanic Gardens di Londra.

First blog post about 'beauty' and grooming. So I stick to waht I know, that is my personal skincare routine, at the moment. A couple of months ago I 'discovered' the Boots Botanics products and I use both the Anti Ageing Moisturiser Cream and the Anti Ageing Serum. I've been drwan to them by the price and the collaboration with the Kew Roayl Botanic Gardens.
La crema idratante con SPF15 ha un odore piacevole, una consistenza abbastanza densa e lascia la pelle idratata tutto il giorno.

The moisturising cream with SPF15 has a nice smell, a dense consitence and leaves the skin mosirutised all day.
Il siero e'; stata una picevole scoperta. Ho inziato ad usare il siero mattina e sera circa tre mesi fa - il primo acquistato e' stato N7 - e la differenza che fa e' notevole. Infatti, applicato la mattina non solo prepara la pelle alla crema idratante ma permette sopratutto che agisca e penetri piu' in profondita'. Prima di acquistarlo ho fatto un po' di ricerche per capire di cosa si trattasse e come agisse e ho deciso di provarlo. Beh la differenza e' palese, sia la mattina che applicato la sera in quanto lascia la pelle morbida e compatta.
Il Siero Boots Botanics, come la crema, ha un odore gradevole, una consistenza molto densa e sopratutto appena steso lascia una sensazione di pelle compatta e liscia. Ne sono soddisfattissimo.

The serum has been a great surprise. I started using a serum day and night three months ago - the first I bought was N7 - and the difference it makes it's huge. Applied in the morning, in fact, not only prepares the skin to the moisturiser but it allows it to work and penetrate deeper in the skin. Before buying it I did a bit of research to understand what a serum really was, how it worked and then decided to give it a try. Well the difference it's huge, both in the morning and in the evening as it leaves the skin soft and firm.
The Boots Botanics Serum, like the cream, had got a pleasant smell, a really dense consistency and above all as soon as it is applied leaves the skin firm and smooth. I'm really happy with it!
Infine tutti e due i prodotti sono in collaborazione con i Kew Royal Botanic Gardens che hanno dato il loro input nella scelta degli estratti naturali da inserire e della loro sostenibilita'. Ancora non sono un esperto ma ho inserito alcuni ingredienti dell INCI nel biodizionario e sono rimasto soddisfatto della qualita' degli ingredienti in tutti e due i prodotti.

Finally both the products are made in collaboration with the Kew Royal Botanic Gardens that have clearly given their input in the choice of the natural extracts and their sustainability. I'm not an expert yet but I typed in some of these products ingredients from the INCI in the biodictionary and I was glad to find out their good quality.
